ハウディの生徒の皆さん

Students have been canceling their contracts with Howdy for over a year and still haven’t received their refunds because Howdy says they have no money to pay students, (or the teachers) back. (Like Nova)

多くのハウディの生徒は、一年以上前にハウディとの契約を解約したのに未だに解約金をもらっていません。まるでNOVAのようです。

Howdy has been taking advance payments from students with no guarantee that they will receive their lessons because teachers are currently on strike. (Like Nova)

ハウディは授業を受けられるという何の保証もないのに、生徒から授業料の前払いを受け取っています。先生たちがストライキをしているから授業を受けるという保障はありません。

Howdy has broken several laws such as:ハウディは違法行為をしています

Nonpayment of wages and hiring new teachers while presently employed teachers are still on strike.
賃金をもらっていない先生たちがストライキをしているのに、新しい先生を雇っていること。　

Falsely deducting staff wages for payments they never made. (Like Nova)
雇用保険や税金を天引きしていながら、まったく手続きをしなかったこと

Not refunding students for their lessons, (Like Nova)

解約した生徒に返金をしていないこと

Take caution before signing with Howdy English School. The Labor Standard office is currently threatening to take sanctions against Howdy, which will create a further financial dilemma. At this rate, Howdy will go under, just Like Nova.

ハウディと契約する前に注意してください。労働基準監督署はハウディの違法行為について調査しています。このままだとNOVAのようにスクールを継続することが出来なくなります。

ハウディは賃金を払え！！

Dear Howdy Students
ハウディの受講生の皆様
We would like to inform you about the situation with Howdy English School. At the moment most of the Howdy teachers have been on strike since the 16th of October. We are on strike because we have not received our salary since August.
私たちは、皆さんにハウディ英会話学校の状況を是非ともお知らせしたい。10月16日から現在まで英語講師はストを決行中です。ストの理由は8月以降の給料は支払われていないからです。

"We have always been paid late, sometimes up to three months late."
これまでも給料は常に遅配、3ヶ月遅配のこともありました。

Howdy has continually lied to us about paying us. As of October, Howdy currently owes the staff about "two months’ salary. (3,755,183) which is now more with September pay not forthcoming. We apologize for any inconveniences."
ハウディの経営者は給料の支払いについてずっと嘘をついてきました。ハウディは現在、給料し2ヶ月遅配ており、合計で金額にして￥3,755,183になります(10月の時点で、この金額ですから11月の時点で未払い賃金は増えた）。講師のストライキ行動によって受講生に迷惑をかけて申し訳なく思います。
